RETURN CONDITIONS

How Can I Return a Product?

  1. Log in to the “My Account” section on www.akinoid.com and go to “My Orders.”

  2. Click the “Order Details” button to view the details of your order.

  3. Click the “Easy Return” button.

  4. Select the product you want to return and choose the return reason. If you purchased multiple quantities of the same product, select the number of items you wish to return.

  5. Send the product you wish to return to our factory via Aras Kargo.

  6. Place the invoice together with the products to be returned in a single package and send it.

You may return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. For purchases made in the capacity of a merchant, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 remain reserved.

The package of the product you wish to return must not be damaged, the product must be unused, and it must not have been damaged due to user error.
If products reach us used, worn, or damaged, we may have to return them to you. In this case, a refund will not be issued.
You must return the product(s) together with the original box and the invoice.
Single-use products cannot be returned.
For products that require installation, the packaging must only be opened by authorized installation personnel after the product is delivered to you. If the package is opened by you before authorized service personnel arrive, the product may fall outside the scope of warranty.
If any damage/defect/fault is detected once the product is opened by authorized installation personnel, you must request a situation report/service form/service report documenting the issue in detail. After obtaining this document, if you still wish to return the product, you may obtain a return code through www.akinoid.com and provide the product to the courier for return.

The return process is as follows:

Once the product reaches us, it is checked for return eligibility.

If the product meets return conditions, the refund is processed within 1–3 days.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

Once your return is completed, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.


 

The time for the refunded amount to appear on your card depends on your bank. If you paid by credit card, it usually appears within a few days. For debit cards, the refund process may take longer.
For installment purchases, we pay the total amount to the bank in a single transaction. The bank, in turn, refunds the amount to your credit card monthly according to the number of installments. Example: If you purchased in 3 installments, the refund will be completed in 3 months.
